Soak 1 tsp. of jeera in glass of water over night. Strain the seeds and drink water early morning empty stomach. You can use this seeds in cooking rest of the day.

Lemon Jeera water :

Take tsp. of jeera and soak it overnight in glass of water. Boil it for 15 mins if slow flames till quantity remains half. Strain the Jeera add tsp. of lemon and drink. It can be consumed empty stomach or 30 mins before meals.

Cinnamon Jeera water:

Take coarsely ground jeera and cinnamon and soak it for 1 hour. Boil it in glass of water till quantity reduce to half and drink it when lukewarm. Its best remedy for Diabetics as well.
