Bhutta is generally roasted corn spiced with lemon so we need not worry about weight gain since its roasted. It’s the easiest and quickest snacks available in monsoon.
Eat seasonal is the agenda of most of the people so “ Rainy Season is known for bhuttas” Instead of opting for other snacks opt for bhutta it has higher nutritional value as it is high in fibre and also contains antioxidants…

We all love to eat pakodas, vada pav, bhaji, samosa to eat in monsoons but all fried foods should be avoided during monsoon not only because of their higher Kcal but they could cause gastronomical complications like bloating and stomach upset. Extra salty food also causes water retention.Since in monsoon our digestion process slows down and to avoid digestive problems avoid fried foods.
